Hello, Hello!

I am so extremely excited to kick your butt, to get to know you more, and to have some outdoor fun over the coming weeks!

Firstly, I want you to feel comfortable getting started – regardless of what your current level of fitness and goals are. It is my hope that our time together will not only improve your physical health, but also your mental, spiritual, and overall wellness.

I also hope that through these bootcamps we can generate new friendships and inspire each other along the way! Not to mention, a portion of your purchase goes directly back to wildlife conservation efforts. So you can workout knowing you are also doing something amazing for the world around you!

Now, just so you know what to expect:

Overview

Each class will have a workout component along with a cool down. During the cool down period, it is my hope that we can have some time to get to know each other, share the highs and lows of our days, and even spend some time praying for each other should we like. However, this time is totally up to you. I don’t want anyone to feel pressured to participate in something they aren’t interested in. So if you have to head out a few minutes early – no problem!

The Workouts

Monday/Wednesday afternoon workouts will be body weight and HIIT based (high intensity interval training).

Friday morning workouts will be lower in cardio, but high in the booty burn!

I will bring all equipment needed. However, you will need a yoga mat so make sure to bring one.

Ronald Reagan Park: 945 S Weir Canyon Rd, Anaheim, CA 92807

This is a hidden little park that sneaks up on the right side as you drive up Weir Canyon. Go about half way up the hill of Weir away from Savi Ranch and turn right on Running Springs! I drive a white Jeep Compass with a black and yellow license plate – once you see it you will know you are in the right spot!

When

HIIT CIRCUIT: Monday and Wednesdays, 5:45pm – 6:30pm

BOOTY CLASS: Fridays, 8:00am – 8:55am

What I need from you

  1. Download, read, sign, and email me back the brief waiver using the link at the bottom of this section. My email is thebrittfitway@gmail.com (Simply type your name in a text box of the PDF if you are unable to add your actual signature. You can also EMAIL me a photo of the signed document on your computer if that is easier).
  2. Payment: Please Venmo me for payment once we have decided on the class you would like to attend. My number is (714) 393-3564 or my Venmo name is “brittneirae” (if you don’t have Venmo, let me know and we can use another method).
  3. Once I have received your payment AND your signed waiver – you are good to go!
