BrittFit Bootcamp

Hello my loves!

I am so extremely excited to kick each of your butts, to get to know you more, and to have some outdoor fun over the coming 8 weeks!

This is my first time doing an official BrittFit Sweat to Protect bootcamp and I know it is going to be amazing – thanks to each of you!

Firstly, I want each of you to feel comfortable getting started – regardless of what your current level of fitness and goals are. It is my hope that our time together will not only improve your physical health, but also your mental, spiritual, and overall wellness. I also hope that through these bootcamps we can create a strong and empowered group of women, generate new friendships, and inspire each other along the way! Not to mention, a portion of your purchase goes directly back to wildlife conservation efforts. So you can workout knowing you are also doing something amazing for the world around you!

Now, just so you know what to expect:

Overview:

Each class will have a 40 minute workout component followed by an optional 15/20 minute cool down/convo period. During the cool down period, it is my hope that we can all have some time to get to know each other more, share the highs and lows of our days, and even spend some time praying for each other should we like (as you all probably know, I really love Jesus and believe he loves and wants to know each of you more too). However, this time is totally up to you. I don’t want anyone to feel pressured to participate in something they aren’t interested in.

Additionally, I will be doing body fat % measurements week 1, week 4, and week 8. Again, this is totally up to you if you would like to have them taken.

If you don’t already have one – I will be sending each of you a BrittFit nutritional meal plan! I recommend that you follow along with this plan over the 8 weeks, but again – no pressure!

Lastly, please note in advance that there will be no make-ups or reschedules in the event that you must miss a session.

The Workouts:

Most of the 40 minute workouts will be body weight and HIIT based (high intensity interval training). I will be bringing any additional equipment needed.

However, you will need a yoga mat so make sure to bring one. Should you have an additional pair of weights – please bring those as well!

Location:

Ronald Reagan Park: 945 S Weir Canyon Rd, Anaheim, CA 92807

This is a hidden little park that sneaks up on the right side as you drive up Weir Canyon. It is about half way up the hill. I drive a while Jeep Compass with a black and yellow license plate – once you see it you will know you are in the right spot!

When:

On Monday and Wednesday – beginning the week of May 6th and ending the week of June 24th

Time:

5:45 – 6:45pm

I figured the extra 15 minutes might help some people with unpredictable traffic.

What I need from each of you:

  3. Please also TEXT me your shirt size for your free BrittFit Tank! I will bring these with me next week.
  4. Once I receive your payment AND signed waiver – I will send you your nutritional meal plan within the next few days.
