BrittFit FAQ

  • Am I required to have a PayPal account to make a BrittFit purchase?

    • Yes please! It is free, simple and so easy to set up. You will be able to unsubscribe from any subscription package you purchase via your PayPal account.
  • Will the workout videos be accessible on my cell phone?

    • Yes! All workout videos are kept in Vimeo password protected albums. Once you purchase a package you will be emailed a link and password to access the content. You can view workouts from your cell phone and/or your computer as needed.
  • Do the workout videos have written details I can follow?

    • Yes, they do. All workout moves, reps, and circuits are explained in the description below each video on the Vimeo site.  Simply click the title of the video you want to watch to view details. Certain packages will also have downloadable PDF workouts descriptions emailed directly to you.
  • Will I be notified if passwords to any of the packages change?

    • To keep the videos protected, I will occasionally change passwords for each album. However, I will inform all subscribers/purchasers of password changes immediately!
  • How long do I have to download the WeTransfer files for the Nutrition packages?

    • Your WeTransfer files will be available for 7 days once emailed. Make sure to download them onto your computer before then!
  • What’s the difference between the Fighter and the Go-Getter package?

    • While both packages are subscription based – they are somewhat different. The Fighter is more personalized; including direct emails from me of never before seen workouts with custom PDF descriptions, weekly encouraging emails based on scripture, and access to The Go Getter workout library. With the Go Getter package, you will simply have unlimited access to the BrittFit workout library – which you can access at any time. There are no weekly emails or downloadable PDFs.
  • Can I cancel my subscription to the Fighter and the Go Getter?

    • Absolutely. If you are ready to rock on your own, I would never want to hold you back! Follow these steps to cancel via your PayPal account.
      • Log in to your PayPal account at http://www.paypal.com.
      • Click the Settings icon next to “Log out.”
      • Select Preapproved Payments under “Payment settings.”
      • Select BrittFit and the agreement you want to cancel…
      • …click the Cancel Subscription button.
      • Confirm your request to finalize the cancellation.
  • How do you calculate my caloric needs for the Nutrition packages?

    • First, we talk on the phone so that I can understand your goals and your current fitness/eating habits. I then perform different equations that take into account your weight, gender, activity level, the thermic effect of the food you eat, and other factors that provide a scientifically backed estimate for your daily caloric needs.
  • I’ve already purchased a HIIT Traveler package – but I would like another! Can you custom make more travel workouts?

    • I absolutely can! For an additional $40.00 per package (either a set of 4 or 8 workouts) I will create a personalized set of HIIT routines for your travel needs.
  • Are there refunds available?

    • Sorry! Each purchase is non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription to certain packages when needed.
  • I am loving BrittFit! How can I spread the word?

    • Telling others is the greatest way to support BrittFit and protect wildlife! Simply direct them to http://www.whyshouldyoucare.org and tell them to click on the BrittFit tab!
