55 Minute “Semi-Private” Training Sessions (for 2 people)

Investment options:

Package of 4 sessions = $360.00  ($90/session = $45 per person)

Package of 8 sessions = $640.00  ($80/session = $40 per person)

Package of 12 sessions = $840.00 ($70/session = $35 per person)

 

30 Minute “Power Half-Hour” Training Sessions

Investment options:

Package of 4 sessions = $160.00  ($40/session)

For two people = $240.00 ($60/session or $30.00/person)

Package of 8 sessions = $280.00  ($35/session)

For two people = $416.00 ($52/session or $26.00/person)

Package of 12 sessions = $360.00  ($30/session)

For two people = $528.00 ($44/session or $22.00/person)

 

 


 

Further Details:

I am available for Personal Training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays – mornings through afternoon. For all purchases, you are free to use your package sessions as often as you would like. For example, if you purchase a package of 4 sessions – you can use all four in one week, or all four over the span of one month. It is up to you! However, I do recommend that we try to get on a regular weekly schedule to fulfill sessions evenly.

All personal training packages also include:

  • automated text reminders of scheduled training sessions and amount remaining
  • monthly body composition measurements (optional)

All sessions will be held at the Lab Fitness training facility in Orange, CA. Each package purchase requires a $26.99 monthly general membership fee to the Lab Fitness. This general membership can be cancelled at any time – no strings attached. With this membership, you will also get:

  • your own personal key fob to access the Lab Fitness Studio 5am – 10pm outside of training sessions
  • towel service for those sweaty workouts
  • a personal locker for use at the Lab
  • a refrigerator available to store post-workout protein shakes/meals
  • the option of purchasing pre-workout drinks, protein bars, and other items
