BrittFit – Sweat to Protect

Being fit – the BrittFit way – means taking care of your mind, body, spirit and the world around you.

While there are many approaches to fitness and health, I find staying true to yourself and being realistic with your goals provide the greatest results. To find out if BrittFit is right for you, read a bit more about the goals of my health and nutrition business.

Package A: The Fighter

Subscribers to The Fighter package will get:

Private access to an online weekly workout video demonstrated by Brittnei. All workouts are new each week!
A PDF template of the weekly workout with reps, sets, duration, and other tips explained.
A weekly motivational message emailed directly to your inbox. In this message, Brittnei shares with you her reflections on scripture according to God’s leading. Each message is meant to encourage, uplift, and provide Godly perspective to the struggles we all face. All messages are the work of the Holy Spirit – Brittnei simply shares them with you as they are given.
The option to ask Brittnei any life, faith, health, and/or fitness related questions via email. Questions will be responded to weekly.
Automatic access to The Go-Getter package (see next package)!

A phone consultation with Brittnei to determine a set of 4 – 8 different HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts to take with you on vacation or while away from the comfort of your home/gym.
Workouts will be body weight based to ensure they can be done almost anywhere.
Workouts will include a PDF explanation of sets, reps, time etc.

Initial phone call with Brittnei to discuss nutritional goals.
2 week balanced eating plan PDF based on your protein, fat, and carb needs. This meal plan will list a variety of foods for you to choose from that fall within your nutrient and calorie guidelines for each day. You will not be restricted from any one food source – but will be redirected as to what, how many and when to eat each!
Calculated estimate of total daily energy expenditure based on your caloric needs (in other words – knowledge of how many calories you should be consuming per day to help you meet your goals).
A PDF explanation of behaviors to help you manage your weight.
A PDF explanation of food labels and the meaning of their daily values to help you make wise food choice.
