As an NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutritionist, it would be my honor to help train and enhance the physical abilities of Canyon High’s girls lacrosse team.
Such a sport requires total-body stability, strength, agility, and cardio endurance among other components of fitness. I believe that through any of the below packages, I will provide the team with fun, efficient, challenging, and endurance building workouts to keep them game-day ready.
Additionally, with the purchase of any below package – I will freely include my custom BrittFit nutritional guidance documents and meal plans to any team member interested.
Currently, I train personal clients, host community fundraiser bootcamps, and run additional BrittFit training sessions at Ronald Reagan Park in Anaheim Hills. I have a strong passion for helping youth to pursue physical, mental, and personal growth. In addition, I am a part time professor at Vanguard University and love engaging with youth – whether during a workout or in the classroom.
Right now, I have availability in the early afternoons of Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday to train the Canyon lacrosse team. All packages below include a total-body conditioning workout with equipment provided (should it be needed based on training location).
