I believe that if we take care of our minds, bodies, and spirits, we will be much more likely to take care of the environments around us. And while fitness and conservation might seem like separate worlds, I bring the two together through “Sweat to Protect” workouts.
As a NASM certified personal trainer and with my Masters in Conservation; I strive to help humans stay healthy and wildlife protected. I am able to do this by donating a portion of “Sweat to Protect” BrittFit proceeds back to wildlife conservation. Additionally, I have the wonderful opportunity to educate BrittFit clients on the importance of biodiversity conservation.
