And with the holidays around the corner, I am looking to train ONE individual - at an extremely discounted price - who could use the extra help. 👏🏼Here’s the catch... The selected individual will be someone who is NOMINATED and GIFTED for - by YOU! So if you know someone who could use the extra help in losing weight and/or simply increasing their confidence - and would like to be the catalyst for their improvement - here’s how it works: • email me a brief summary of WHY your nominee needs the extra help and would benefit greatly from this opportunity. (grandma, grandpa, bf, gf, daughter, sister, coworker, friend etc) All ages are welcome! I will then select one nominee from all applicants to move forward with. Saw this quote today and it really hit home - “Only that which is empty can be filled.” I have found that by falling in love with learning, shoving fear in the face, being grateful for this life, and by removing expectations - I have allowed myself to become open. And in being open - I have also found so much more room for abundant living, joy, and the unexpected to occur. Every day is a new opportunity to give yourself a chance. So today - be open, step out of your limiting mindset, stop complaining, make moves for yourself, and be open ♥️
Sweat, study, teach repeat 😂 Is anyone else’s mind constantly restless? Always planning, wanting to know more, do more, feel more? Anyone else get excited just to wake up and get ‘ish done? Never knowing how it’s all going to workout or come together... At times even laughing and wondering “how the heck did I get here”?! I’ve found that bringing a sense of curiosity into all you do really helps calms the nerves. It’s just about getting out there and taking advantage of the life, breath, and passions we have been given. We don’t have to always reach the top. Sometimes it’s more fun to just embrace who you are, do things just because, and let that be your why.
Motivation Monday! Super stoked to have chatted with @thedingoinsnow and to hear about his passion not only for his amazing work and @findyourgrind, but also about his love for the @int.anti.poaching.foundation as well. It’s amazing what progress, change, and momentum can be generated from a community of people who don’t just believe there is good in this world - but that fight for it. Simply by being themselves, working hard, and not taking no for an answer. Thanks for all you do Dingo - for youth and wildlife alike💪🏼🌍👏🏼
Had the honor of taking 30 VU students camping in the Eastern Sierras this weekend! For some, it was their first time - which really puts into perspective how blessed I’ve been to be able to visit this beautiful environment at least once a year. There’s so much fascinating geological and environmental science to be discovered and learned up here! Disconnecting for a bit in God’s creation never gets old... However, it’s still a little weird to hear “Professor Miller”, but I’m getting used to it! Haha
