Plus, a warm up and stretching video to get you moving and help you cool down. Once purchased, you will always have access to your videos. Feel free to repeat each workout as often as you would like!

**Workouts will be body weight based to ensure they can be done almost anywhere. Workouts can be easily accessed on both your cell phone and computer as needed.
**Workouts will also include a downloadable PDF of the number of sets, reps, time etc.
